With a 4 inch heel and a 1.5 inch platform by the toe, this is a gentle slope. The heel is not cork or an espradrille-style rope. The color scheme is simple. The leather looks high quality. The ring on the top is cool. It comes in basic black and brown. The only thing is that it’s a bit expensive for such a simple shoe. But if you’re willing to pay for simplicity and the absence of bling in combination with quality, I think this is a nice summer find.

Today, I find myself on the fence with these ‘Opulence’ caged sandals from Jimmy Choo.

I like how the understated beige tone makes these feel a lot less bossy than would be the case than if they were in a black or metallic material.
